Here's What Others Say  about "Traditional Yang Tai Chi Chuan" Complete Collection 16 DVDs  by Yang Zhen Duo

"Meditation: From sitting to walking  Great price for Yang Zhen D. videos!!! " by Rene R. - Toulouse (France)

Yang style is for me the solution to go further in internal practice, as I started to feel the need of more dynamic movements involving the whole body. Now adding to the serenity of mental I trained in lotus position, all grace and balance in the Tai Chi movements. But it helps me also to liberate my lower limbs from continuous torsions of my legs and my knees in sitting position.
It's probably this micro cosmic meditation which needs to be completed with further physical/mental training.
Thanks to Yang family for this unvaluable tresor of wisdom in movements. The video package presented was the economic but yet complete materials to
complete my personal collection for reference.

" Great price for Yang Zhen D. videos!!!" by Cyril B. - Barcelona(Spain)

It's really good to be able to have in hand the various forms of Yang T'ai chi, performed by Yang Zhen Duo, at your price level I did not hesitate.
and very satisfied with the quality of these videos. No doubt that any Yang adept should get these...

In its practice the complementary aspects of hardness and soft should be searched from relaxed, stretched movements which make its very specific style.
85 Form has been designed to easier but also deeper learning of Yang style T'ai chi.
Depending of its practitioner such as age or physical conditions, 85 Form can be performed according to different levels: high, middle and low.

watch extract
Tai Chi Sword is a weaponry form of Tai Chi practice, in which the sword is viewed as an extension of the body.
In the Yang style Tai Chi sword 67 Form, the gentleness and continuous movements are a perfect illustration of this idea.
Here is a translation of a classic Chinese poem describing  its poetry:
"In Sword practice, one should focus on calmness in movement. The mind is as calm as the lotus pond, a clear surface to reflect the inner feeling of the form. The body should float like the boat, gently among the lotus blossoms as not to damage any of the delicate petals."

Set 7: Push Hands of Yang-style Taijiquan

watch extract
The lineage holder Yang Zhen Du and his grand son Yang Yang Jun is performing here push hands. Push Hands or Tui Shou in Chinese, is one of Tai Chi Chuan's way of working applications and using the energies cultivated in the learning of the internal kung fu (Tai Chi) form.
The other name for push hands in Chinese martial arts is "sticking hands" expressing the idea of continuous contact with the opponent during the exercise.
The mental awarenes and sensorial aspect is far to be neglected during this specific training, much more than winning his opponent one's should rather "listen" to the opponent's power (and later more subtle his energy) and overcome it.
This practice is something that develops over years. That is why the best of the best in displaying this portion of the art are usually older.
"Tui Shou", as called in Chinese, must take place effortlessly. Do not use external force.
