Woo (meaning "martial" in Chinese) Style Tai Chi 85 Forms and Pushing hands



Woo Style Tai Chi also called Hao Style Tai Chi Chuan is characterized by relatively small movements compared with Yang style for example. In addition the stretching of fingers all along the taolu performance, has primarily shocked some audience in Wushu circle but later reveals as an excellent internal strengthening exercises.

Woo Style Pushing Hands takes a more martial position than Yang Style and really emphasizes a vertical spine position.

Performed by Master Qiao, one of the leading figures of Woo Style Tai Chi in China.
