Simplified Forms Taichi 32 Forms Sword


Tai Chi Sword 32 Forms is a routine set up in 1957 for popularization throughout the whole country. It has 32 forms excluding the beginning and the ending and is divided into 4 sections, with each consisting of 8 movements. The movements of this routine are well selected and easy to learn. This form is very popular among Tai Chi Sword lovers.

Here performed by Chen Sitan, also called "the Prince of Tai Chi".

Complete 32 Forms Sword
Stand on one foot and pierce reversely
Clip 2: Stand on one foot and hack
Step forward and sweep
Step backward with sword
Move right with sword
Go down lightly and intercept
Move right foot forward and raise sword
Move right foot forward and swing
