Chen Style Taiji Pushing Hands - Content: Pushing Hands exercise is perfect to develop the sensitivity and your responsiveness so that you can overcome easily your opponent. It is a good way to develop advanced combat techniques of using and taking advantage from your opponent force. This exercise is conducted in the way that two performers put their hands against each other, twining and twisting according to Tai Chi principle of attaching, sticking, following-up, relaxing, agility and rebounding.
